Education plays a vital role in building capability and strengthening social ecosystems and participation, and is at the heart of IM, with our first projects, over 25 years ago, being in the education sector. IM has a significant portfolio of designing and delivering learning experiences for diverse communities and subject areas across Australia. Many of our staff hold teaching qualifications and are experienced learning designers, educators, and communication designers. We are highly skilled in developing, delivering, and evaluating programs across in-person, online, and hybrid formats.

Our learning designers and in-house creative production services work as a unified team, with a multi-modal approach to curricula design and producing engaging teaching materials. We utilise animation, video, handouts, and workbooks to create a suite of relevant, practical, and inspiring learning experiences for delivery across e-learning and face-to-face platforms.

Our pedagogy is grounded in a learner-centric philosophy, where individuals are actively engaged and empowered in their educational journey, and authentic learning flourishes.
