With over 25 years of experience and many of our staff holding teaching qualifications, we have a significant portfolio of designing and delivering learning experiences for diverse communities and subject areas across Australia. As learning designers, coupled with our in-house creative production services, we work as a unified team to design curricula and produce engaging teaching materials, including animations, videos, handouts, and workbooks, for various types of e-learning and face-to-face learning and teaching platforms.

Training

Our highly experienced team delivers bespoke training solutions across a wide range of topics. We specialise in capacity building, cultural awareness, Trauma-Informed Practices, and working with communities through co-design methodologies. Our comprehensive Small Business training suite includes courses ranging from beginner-level introductions to core business concepts through to advanced strategic planning and growth methodologies.

Facilitation

Our learning facilitators use co-design principles to lead in-person and online programs. They foster a supportive environment where participants feel safe sharing ideas and asking questions. Through thoughtfully designed materials and crafted environments, our facilitators support participants in building knowledge, exploring new concepts, and engaging in respectful discussions.
